Set up in Exhibit Hall begins Wednesday, May 19, 6:00 pm - midnight. Exhibit Hall hours Thursday and Friday, May 20 & 21, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Hours on Saturday 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. We realize some Exhibitors may need to close earlier than 4:00 pm on Saturday, we request that Exhibits remain open through noon Saturday if at all possible.

Attendance:
Over 590 participants are on the Program -- see 2010 Preliminary Program. We anticipate a total of 650 to 700 Registrants.

April 13: the Exhibit Hall is fully booked, we cannot accept further reservations.

NAISA welcomes presses, book distributors, and non-profit organizations to exhibit in the spacious ballroom located adjacent to our meeting rooms. The 2009 meeting at University of Minnesota drew 650 registrants, and featured 41 exhibitors, including 29 presses.

Booths come equipped with the items outlined below. You will receive an Exhibitor Confirmation Packet with your order confirmation that includes information on how to order electricity or additional tables, and shipping details.

  • $300  Premium 8' x 10' booth with 2 skirted tables, 2 chairs, 1 half-page ad in Meeting Program, and 1 complimentary registration to the meeting.
  • $250  Standard 8' x 10' booth with 2 skirted tables, 2 chairs, and 1 complimentary registration to the meeting.
  • $100  Table Exhibit: table space staffed by a student volunteer. For display items only; no sales.
  • Publishers and Authors:
    NAISA has arranged with The Scholar’s Choice to manage the combined book exhibit for our meeting. It will be possible for your recently-published books to be included in their display.  Please follow the guidelines below:

    • Any members interested in having their book displayed at the upcoming NAISA meeting should contact their publisher as soon as possible.  The Scholar’s Choice displays on behalf of the publishers and all requests must come from them, not the individual authors. The press may request the appropriate paperwork by emailing Mary Lynn Howe at mlh@scholarschoice.com

    Publishers who are unable to attend, but wish to have a few titles exhibited should contact The Scholar's Choice, who are providing the combined book exhibit. Please contact Mary Lynn Howe by email (mlh@scholarschoice.com) or phone (585-262-2048 x.111) for more information.

    Advertisements in the Program
    Go online to EventInterface Page to sign up for ad space. Print advertising in the meeting Program is available in full page and half-page formats, vertical. Deliver print ready copy in EPS, JPEG, or TIFF format of no less than 300 DPI, black & white. Send to al_wynant@a6consultants.com.

    Deadline for artwork for the program is April 9, 2010.

    Full display ad, $150 (3.75" wide x 10" high)
