If you submitted a proposal (for Panel, Roundtable, or Individual Paper) you have already set up an EventInterface.com account. Use your account to LOG IN AND THEN REGISTER for the NAISA conference.
If you have NOT submitted a proposal OR IF YOU WERE INCLUDED WITHIN A PANEL OR ROUNDTABLE PROPOSAL SUBMITTED BY THE ORGANIZER -- in that case, only the organizer will have an account already set up in EventInterface -- you will need to set-up a free EventInterface.com account prior to registering.

and Register on EventInterface under the Member rate.
Register Multiple People Under One Payment:
It is possible to register multiple people (up to 20) under one credit card payment. On the first page of EventInterface Registration, pick the number of registration types (e.g. Regular $145 -- 2; Student, Retired, Community Member $90 -- 3); move to the next page to enter individual name and contact information for each registrant.
IF YOU ARE REGISTERING SOMEONE ELSE, NOT YOURSELF: Please put THEIR name and contact information under "Registrant's Name." You will be asked to provide your name and contact information under the credit card payment.
Registration through the EventInterface link can be paid for by credit card, check or money order. Go to the EventInterface link for instructions.
The EventInterface Registration page also has options to buy lunch tickets in advance of the meeting. There are currently 590+ people on the Program; we anticipate a Registration of 700+. The Westin cannot handle this many people at one time in its restaurants, and has made the prepaid lunch ticket option available so they can offer buffet service in the Pavilion Tent, which can easily accommodate the numbers we expect. We are also currently fund-raising to support the cost of shuttle vans on a set schedule (once a day, not 24/7) to take people the 2 miles or so to the nearest grocery store.

* We regret that these rates are slightly higher than the 2009 rates in Minneapolis, due to the significantly higher audiovisual costs in the hotel venue in Tucson, compared to the on-campus setting at University of Minnesota. It is likely that future meetings held in hotel venues will have slightly higher registration rates.
** Refund Policy: cancellations received by mail or email on or before April 20 will be refunded, less a $30 processing fee. Refunds are not available beginning April 21, 2010.
